We sat down with Ryan Szrama, President/CEO at Centarro, to learn more about how they use Stack Overflow for Teams for their customer support.

We had a desire to make support more effective for merchants who were getting frustrated because they weren't finding answers that we knew existed...that led us to look for other solutions.

Once upon a time we tried building our own Stack Overflow style support interface...but frankly, we're here to maintain eCommerce software...so [building our own support interface] quickly became an inefficient thing for us.
